Why Choose Us?
At Turn & Burn, our motto is “Fitness, Fun, Friends” because we are in it TOGETHER, creating a community of support, encouragement and FUN while getting our sweat on and burning some calories. Our instructors are committed to creating a top-notch experience for YOU to achieve your personal goals for well-being and health.
Each class is designed to be a fun, full-body workout set to inspiring music allowing you to focus on YOU for the short time we are together.
Our Bikes
We use the Ultimate Studio Bike, Stages S3. Ergonomically fit and engineered for simplicity and function, it wirelessly connects via Bluetooth to record and display your stats on its individual meter as well as to your personal device. The Power meter is the most accurate measure of performance which helps you to more precisely achieve your fitness goals.

Our Technology
Our cycle studio uses Stages Flight technology which allows you to track your heart rate, calories burned, and true power. Your statistics can be displayed on the studio screen and/or sent to you privately via email or text. This allows you to measure your own progress during the Turn & Burn journey.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do to prepare for class?
Prior to class, be sure to hydrate. You will be sweating a lot during classes so it is important to drink water beforehand. Some people like to have a small snack an hour or so before class to fuel up but it’s up to you. Listen to your body and do what you feel suits you best.
What should I wear?
If you are wondering what to wear, the best answer is to wear something that is comfortable to you. Form fitting pants and activewear t-shirts or tank tops are usually best. We are going to sweat! Loose, thick cotton clothes could weigh you down and keep you from getting into the groove.
Bring a pair of socks and a water bottle for TURN classes. We provide complimentary cycle shoes for each rider as well as a towel to wipe your sweat. These cycle shoes will allow you to clip into the pedals on the bike allowing for a more efficient workout.
For Barre and yoga classes, shoes and/or socks are optional depending on your comfort level. Athletic shoes are required for boot camp classes.
Boot Camp classes will require running shoes and clothing comfortable for sweating.
Do I need to come early?
Try to arrive at the studio 15 minutes ahead of class, if possible. This will allow you enough time to check in, store your things in a locker that is provided and get set up for class. Instructors will be available to help you with any setup including bikes for TURN classes or any equipment for BURN classes.
Occasionally, if we don’t have front desk staff available, we will lock the door after class time has started in order to ensure the safety of our clients and their belongings. Please make sure to arrive on time for class so that you can be inside to enjoy the class!
With all of that information, you are prepped and ready to TURN & BURN! Enjoy the experience! As always, listen to your body. Start slow if needed and work up the intensity over time. We all remember our first cycle class or our first Barre class so don’t worry about pushing your max for the entire session. Take breaks as you need them and soon you will be crushing your workout every single time!
How will I feel after class?
You should feel AWESOME! You did it! You took that time for yourself to reach for your fitness and health goals.
After class, high five a fellow participant. Make sure to continue to hydrate after the workout. If possible, stay for the cooldown and guided stretch with your instructor. Don’t be surprised if you are sore later in the day or the following day. You may be using muscles that haven’t been worked in a long time or using them in a different way. Easy stretches may help relieve tight muscles and prep you for your next workout.
Don’t forget to sign up for your next session to work out that soreness and get stronger every time.
